The national transformational leadership institute (NTLI) in collaboration with University of Juba and the Ministry of Gender Child and Social Welfare, held a 5 day’s women mentorship Workshop in Juba.  The objective of this workshop was to coach and Mentor a cohort of female leaders (current and emerging) to become skillful ,knowledgeable ,committed and courageous for effective and meaningful participation and self-representation in peace-building and other social economic development and political spheres.

The workshop focused on

1. Highlighting the provisions for women’s representation and participation as provided in the Constitution.
2. Enhancing skills and knowledge on public speaking, advocacy, lobbying and agenda-setting.
3. Identifying roles that women can play in influencing decision-making at various leadership positions.
4. sharing knowledge and experience and from a Network for future interaction and lobbying for gender responsive policies and peace building programs.
