Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM)

The Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM) has been developed for effective complaint handling by staff and beneficiaries of the South Sudan Women’s Social Economic Empowerment Project. The GRM is vital for ensuring transparency, beneficiary support and quality of service delivery at the National, State, County, Payam and Boma levels.
