The South Sudan women peace and security group in partnership with UMISS and the MGCSW
organized a 2-day training in Western Bahr El Ghazal.
This workshop was a chance or the women leaders in WBGS to interact and gain experience from fellow
women in leadership.

The state minister of Gender child and social welfare, the deputy mayor of WBGS, State minister of CES,
and representatives from UNMISS joined and also shared ideas during this workshop.

In her speech, The minister of Gender Child and social welfare, Hon Aya Benjamin Libo Warille, said that
this was a timely training for the women parliamentarians and thanked the host state government of
WBGS, and the partners for her invitation with the CES minister of Gender Child and social welfare Hon.
